ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER CUM COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Responsible for drafting and preparation of 2D and 3D presentation / design drawings to meet project requirements
• Review and checking of all drawings as per design
• Amend and update all changes according to specifications.
• Assist in site visit to ensure all drawings / design is practical
• Liaise with Consultants. Some exposure in BCA Conquas Standards will be good.
• Report to Project Manager at site.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SINGAPORE is required for this position.
• Good with Autocad drawing and interpretation of the Architect intention.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM preferred.
• Have track records in local projects as coordinator for the Main Contractor.
