Architectural Designer

Role Summary

Working closely with the engineering team, the Architectural Designer will translate project concepts into detailed architectural drawings, spatial layouts, and digital models while ensuring seamless integration with structural constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Develop architectural concepts, detailed schematic drawings, and building layouts for commercial, industrial, or addition & alteration (A&A) projects.

• Technical Coordination: Cross-coordinate architectural blueprints directly with internal civil and structural design models to prevent spatial conflicts.

• Documentation & Standards: Ensure all architectural drawings and details comply with Singapore building regulations, fire safety codes (SCDF), and universal barrier-free accessibility frameworks.

• Client Presentation: Prepare 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials for investor or client pitches.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or equivalent.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working as an architectural designer or coordinator in Singapore.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray). Strong understanding of building detailing and local construction codes.
