ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Job Description

• Conceptualize and develop concept and schematic designs.
• Prepare tender documentation, design schedules, and material specifications.
• Liaise with clients to discuss project-relevant issues and gather requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with regulatory and authority requirements.
• Assist the Project Architect in all matters related to timely and successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Proficient in 3D and presentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong design flair with the ability to sketch rapidly and develop compelling design concepts.
