ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/ EXECUTIVE DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Architectural Executive/ Executive Designer you will work with a team of designers under the direction of a design principal or director, participate on a variety projects at different stages of design in various countries. You and your team will work together to explore design alternatives, document the project and coordinate the design with other consultants, builders, designers and client's teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities shall include all areas of the professional architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation. Your responsibilities and time frames will be outlined by the Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 - 8 Years Architectural experience in residential and hospitality projects.

• Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing such as the Board of Architects (BOA).

• Interior Design & hospitality experiences.

• Communicate effectively and fluently.

• Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction.

• ACAD, Sketchup and Photoshop.

• Experience in Rhino, 3D, Revit, Grasshopper, Adobe Illustrator, In-Design and Parametric Design will be an advantage.

• Strong design and presentation skills.

• Experience of coordination with consultants.

• Work well as part of a team, be proactive and show initiative.

• Experience in environmental sustainability.
