Job Summary
Develop and implement innovative architectural design solutions, provide concept analysis, and coordinate design changes to ensure project success. Collaborate independently and within teams, support site visits, and meet project deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and well-considered architectural design solutions that meet project requirements
- Provide concept thinking and analytical insights to support proposed projects
- Implement and coordinate all design changes and solutions to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive overall project success
- Collaborate effectively within teams and work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Attend site visits to support project implementation and ensure design feasibility
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support project and company goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant postgraduate architectural experience
- Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodologies
- Strong skills in conceptual design and space planning
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Willingness to engage in site visits and project support activities
