Architectural Design BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct and update 3D models using Autodesk REVIT to produce accurate construction drawings
• Incorporate latest design changes into 3D models to maintain up-to-date shop drawings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design challenges and coordinate model changes
• Prepare BIM models to support visualization and informed decision-making based on design updates
• Verify M&E designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
• Produce architectural layouts and detailed shop drawings aligned with design criteria and specifications
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts within models
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow requirements to ensure consistent processes
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to maintain quality and uniformity
• Document all drawings properly to ensure traceability and version control
• Conduct modelling quality control to uphold accuracy and completeness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Proficient in Autodesk REVIT for 3D modelling and drawing production
4. Skilled in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup
5. Knowledge of BIM requirements according to Singapore standards
6. Familiarity with Singapore Architectural Authority requirements
