Job Summary
Lead and coordinate architectural site works to ensure safe, efficient project execution. Manage technical issues, prepare documentation, and collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to deliver quality construction outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement architectural site works with subcontractors and related trades to ensure safe and timely project delivery
- Identify and resolve architectural issues on-site to maintain construction quality and progress
- Organize and deploy resources and materials in collaboration with Project Manager and Site Manager to support project needs
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, material specifications, and required documents to consultants for approval
- Coordinate with subcontractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems affecting architectural works
- Review construction programs and method statements to align with project requirements and timelines
- Prepare for and attend RTO inspections and site meetings to monitor architectural work compliance and progress
- Supervise architectural site activities and liaise effectively with consultants to ensure project standards are met
- Follow and enforce workplace safety practices to maintain a safe construction environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture & Building or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural site experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
