Job Description

  • Oversee all architectural works on site.
  • Attend meetings with client's representative, consultants and main contractor.
  • Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
  • Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
  • Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
  • Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings in relation to the project (construction, shop drawings, as-built etc)
  • Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference.
  • To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts win the Consultant and Contractor drawings.
  • To consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties and ensure proper searchable records.
  • Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise in disputes and claims.
