Responsibilities:
- Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
- Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
- Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
- Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
- Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities code and standards.
- Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
- Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
- Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
- Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
- Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapapore
- Perferable knowledge for BIM software / Autodesk Revit
