Job Description

  • Oversee all architectural finishes works on site
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
  • Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
  • Ensure quality of work is compliance with safety regulations.
  • Minimum a Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in local architectural works is required
  • Knowledge in CONQUAS scheme
  • Able to lead and work independently
