Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans
Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors according to specifications / drawings
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained
Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and NSC/Direct Contract works
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
Prepare and coordinate on Green mark, quality management and CONQUAS assessment
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
Min 3-7 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building project
Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements
Possess strong leadership
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred
