Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Architectural Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage architectural works for building construction projects from construction through completion
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other disciplines to identify and resolve design and site interface issues
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on architectural and technical matters
• Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, samples and method statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related discipline
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination within the construction industry
• Prior experience with a main contractor on building projects will be advantageous.
