Architectural Coordinator/ Project Architectural Design & Site Coordinator (Construction Projects)

. Assist the ConstructionManager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants.

. Review, update andcoordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project

. Resolve all sitearchitectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements, orcorrespondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality andproductivity, using BIM software or equivalent.

. Liaise and coordinate withsub-contractors and vendors on projects and work to alleviate conflicts,dispute, and abortive work

. Ensure compliance withArchitectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architecturalworks without deviation to authority requirements

Requirements:

. Relevant Degree / Diplomain Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or its equivalent inthe built environment

. Minimum 4-5yearsexperience

. Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
