ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Overall Job Objectives
Assists the PM to handle all architectural works as instructed by PM

Core Responsibilities
1. Architectural planning, coordination with consultants, subcontractor and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawings

2. Attend meetings with consultant & subcontractor regularly

3. Supervise architectural works and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on architectural matters and ensure workmanship standards

4. Provide technical advise to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations

5. Responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process

Job Specifications
1. Min Diploma and above.

2. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

3. Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
