Assist the Site Manager / Project Manager in project planning, coordinate and oversee all architectural finishes works on site
Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and comprehensive design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovation projects.
Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases.
Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Building/Architectural/Civil Engineering, or technical disciplines that provide strong foundational knowledge in design principles.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or Coordinator within the construction industry.
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
