Responsibilities
- Support the team leader in managing architectural tasks.
- Review working drawings, specifications, and requirements, and identify any technical issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Structural and M&E) to ensure architectural designs meet all necessary standards and compliance requirements.
- Oversee and follow up on DAR submissions.
- Manage the documentation required for the approval process with relevant parties.
- Organize coordination meetings with architectural contractors and prepare discussion minutes.
- Participate in architectural coordination meetings with LTA and AE.
- Attend and monitor mock-up inspections and trade demonstrations.
- Ensure that architectural installations on-site and their integration with structural and E&M elements are executed according to specifications.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Successful candidate should have minimum 3 years experience with main construction. Preferably with LTA or MRT experience.
- Ability to manage the subcontractor to ensure smooth progress of architectural works.
