Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in architectural planning, co-ordinate the oversee architectural works progress on site
Liaise with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants
Review and update architectural shop drawings and resolve technical issues
Site coordination with supervisors, all sub-contractors, consultants and other trades
Ensure quality in architectural works and QA/QC
Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor's drawings and other submittals
Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements comply to specified standards.
Tracking of project progress and identifying possible delays with mitigating suggestions
Conduct inspection with RE / RTO
Liaise with Consultants / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports
Other duties as assigned
Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
