Role and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and overseeing all architectural finishing works on site
- Supervise day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings.
- To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline.
- Knowledge of BIM technology will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work.
- Preferably with Nursing Home experience.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player.
- Must be able to work in the West area.
- Alternate Saturday work
