Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Prepare Material for submission
Check & ensure of drawing according to design
Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.
REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent that is recognized by Board of Architects / BCA
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Commercial Building projects in Singapore.
