Architectural Coordinator

• Design architectural details under the supervision of the Project Architect.
• Preparation of shop drawing and assist in coordinating of the submission and documentation
• Preparation of shop drawings CSD/SEM in compliance to project specification.
• Responsible on architectural works in assisting and coordinating of the submission and documentation
• Supervision of technical and architectural works in the construction.
• Coordinate with the Consultants Architect with regard to Technical queries concerning.
• Keeping records of and organising Design & working drawings, information and details.
• Co-ordinating, organising and preparing construction documents and drawings.
• Co-ordinating and meeting with Consultants on matters of design & building regulations.
• Day to Day Internal Coordination meeting to other trades (M&E , Structural and Site Team)
• Co-ordinating with Sub-Contractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or NITEC in Building Drafting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in related industry
• Experience with submission procedure and statutory codes and regulation.
