Job Description:
. Plan and monitor architectural works from design to construction stage of design & build projects.
. Collaborate with Structural and M&E teams to provide technical directions on design and detail development. Review the architectural design from consultants and sub-contractors based on contractual and project specification requirement.
. Prepare, review and monitor architectural works schedule based on the project master programme. Regularly provide updates through coordination meetings.
. Attend regular technical meetings related to architectural works through design stage and construction stage.
. Oversee the overall planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.
. Oversee the monitoring of site to ensure that all architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings. Provide technical supports to construction & operation teams.
. Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards
. Support interactions with Client/Government agencies, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
. Report to Design Manager / Construction Manager on following up materials, shop drawing preparing from our consultants and sub-contractors. Provide review and submissions to clients.
. Experience in D&B/EPC projects is an added advantage.
. Provide input to the Project Management Team on all architectural related matters
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
2. Shall have at least 5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary high-rise project involving civil, building, architectural, electrical, mechanical and process works.
3. Candidate has super high-rise building experience is preferred.
4. Candidate with design and built projects experience is preferred.
