Assist the Technical Manager in managing and coordinating architectural activities across projects to ensure alignment with client specifications and timelines
Review and understand architectural project specifications, drawings,and designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Facilitate communication between architectural teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of issues
Prepare and maintain documentation related to architectural projects, including drawings,specifications, and meeting records
Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of architectural design documents to clients and regulatory bodies
Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of architectural work, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
Assist in resolving design-related issues and escalate concerns to the Technical Manager when necessary
Support the Technical Manager in organising and attending project meetings, providing updates on architectural progress and challenges
Monitor architectural activity progress, identify potential delays or risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with civil structural mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of architectural designs
Assist in preparation of project budgets and resource planning related to architectural works
Maintain strong relationships with external architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with permits and approvals
Promote best practices in architectural coordination and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all architectural activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager to support overall project goals

Job Requirements
6 day work week
Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination or related roles in the construction industry
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications and regulatory standards
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design and coordination software
Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordinationJob Responsibilities :
Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
Planning of Arch. Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials.
To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan.
To verify VO and prepare back charges.
Attend sub-con meetings.
To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
To update Arch. progress with scheduling tools.
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Civil or a related discipline.
Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a high-rise building project.
Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
Preferably completed QM project and registered as Coretrade foremen.
Good knowledge of archi specs and BCA quality requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
