Coordination with Client, Consultant, System Wide Contractors and with Arch Sub-Contractors to assure compliance with design intent, specifications and regulations as per the projects requirement.
Review and Interpret Plans, Provide Schedules, Review Subcontractor Shop drawings and Method Statements prior to submission, Submit Architectural Materials for Approval, Provide Progress Report to Client. Submit mock-up samples of all Architectural Items as required by the Client.
Comprehend Architectural details, Material Specification, Methods of Installation, delivery Procedure. Arrange working session before any installation of Architectural works as needed for Interfacing, be updated on design improvement set by consultant and various Government agencies
Oversee Various Architectural Subcontractors Works and their work scope, Highlight Interfacing with Various SWC, ensure compliance with the Material and Works specification.
Maintain and updates records of meeting, site discussions, working sessions.
Draft in house shop drawings for CCCC Scope works, i.e. Tile setting out, Wet Trades finishes.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
Have experiences in working in large scale projects such as building or infrastructure project.
Working Location: Will be at West office first and will move to Bayfront site office when ready.
