Job Summary
You will lead the execution of architectural projects in building construction, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation
- Develop and manage work schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet project timelines
- Coordinate material requisition processes to support uninterrupted construction activities
- Monitor and control project costs to maintain budget adherence and financial efficiency
- Supervise architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with design requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align project objectives
- Enforce safety and environmental regulations on project sites to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
- Oversee project activities to ensure compliance with the Company's ISO management system standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience supervising architectural works in building or warehouse construction
