Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and site conditions

  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and approved drawings

  • Prepare and track submissions to authorities and consultants (e.g. shop drawings, materials)

  • Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor progress of architectural works

  • Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions

  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related discipline

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Construction/A &A

  • Familiar with local authority requirements and submission processes

  • Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment
