Architectural Coordinator

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Review tender clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage the project's drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction
• Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
