- Directly oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring quality, alignment, sequencing, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts liaise with consultants and update project stakeholders on variations.
- Assist in planning quotations and procurement of materials and finishes ensure timely delivery and coordinate storage with the Project Manager.
- Oversee and monitor subcontractors progress through regular meetings assign and supervise architectural staff to meet quality and schedule targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an architectural or construction environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, regulations, and local quality standards.
