Architectural Associate

We are partnering with an expanding Architectural and Design practice seeking an ambitious Architectural Associate to make a tangible impact on their growing portfolio of live projects.

Studio:

The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare & Commercial developments. With a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth, the studio fosters a collaborative culture where team leaders actively support career development—including guidance through the process of becoming a Qualified Person (QP) .

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you will contribute across all architectural phases—from preliminary design through to construction—working on mid to large-scale projects. You'll need a well-rounded skill set to support complex, detailed design work and ensure alignment with local building regulations and project delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master's in Architecture
• Minimum 3–5+ years of architectural experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp—exposure to Revit / BIM is a strong advantage
• Singapore PR or Singaporean citizenship prioritized
