Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients representative on all project issues.
- Liaise with Partners /Architects on Client's design brief, existing site conditions and authorities regulatory guidelines prior to design stage.
- Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs according to parameters determined in (1) above. Prepare presentation drawings.
- Revise and develop designs to client's approval and authorities requirements.
- Develop design details for tender and construction.
Requirement:
- Singaporean or PR
- Minimum B. Arch. Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year and above experience in local architectural firm
- Familiar with local authorities regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
- Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
- Knowledge of BIM (REVIT). Experience in BIM modelling would be an advantage
- Must be literate in English and have good computer literacy
- A positive team player who is able to work well under pressure.
- Meticulous, self-motivated and independent.
