ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

. Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development stages

. Prepare architectural drawings, details, and documentation

. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

Project & Contract Management

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

. Assist in contract administration, tender preparation, and tender evaluation

. Support site supervision to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations

Collaboration & Leadership

. Work closely with the project's Associate Director during design development and implementation

Participate in project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
