Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and presents design proposals.
• Prepares tender drawings and material specifications.
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients.
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues.
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors.
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance.
• Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
• Interpreting the design concepts and translating them into workable solutions.
• Prepare Quality Plan for the projects.
• Timely production of work using AutoCAD/Revit software.
• To perform other work-related, duties from time to time

Requirements

• Experience (healthcare/lab building design preferred)
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
• Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM)
• Able to work independently, self-motivated
• To perform any other work-related duties required from time to time
