Architect / Senior Architectural Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Simultaneously manage several projects from initial design through to final construction handover.
• Evaluate and align team workflows with organizational protocols, recommending enhancements where needed.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of new projects.
• Review and refine architectural drawings and BIM models, including model creation, submission sets, detailed layouts, clash detection, construction documentation, and as-built records.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent accreditation from recognized professional bodies such as the Board of Architects (BOA)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an architectural role.
• Proven track record in managing projects from conceptual design to construction completion.
• Competent in producing and interpreting technical construction details
• Experience in both private and public residential developments in Singapore is preferred
• Good proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/ Enscape.
