Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or lead role
Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), holding a valid practicing certificate is an advantage
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore
Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools
Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
