Design solution for system components and shared components used by multiple teams/squads, ensuring compliance with the overarching architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, Technical, Operations, etc.) to define and agree on solutions meeting business, technical, and operational requirements.
- Develop guidelines and standards for development, programming, collaboration flows (branching model), and API standards, ensuring performance, security, fault tolerance, scalability, and integration.
- Supervise and support technical teams when necessary.
- Propose technical options (including database-related ones) and select the best approach in terms of timeline and quality.
