Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Architect.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Experience in handling projects from concept to construction.
Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination site issues.
Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive environment.
Contract administration.
Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
