Architect / Architect Manager

Responsibilities:

. Help to lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.

. Oversee progress of on-site work ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.

. Work with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the

necessary building codes and regulations.

. Ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively

. May manage various groups of architects, technicians and/or specialists.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Architecture or related fields

. Minimum 6 years of relevant architectural experience

. Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage

. Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

. Conversant with local code and regulations

. Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures

. Ability to lead a team

. Experience in high density housing and/or public housing

. Good leadership and communication skill
