Responsibilities:
.Plan, execute and manage upgrading works according to schedule and specifications
.Supervise project team and subcontractors
.Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
.Liaise with consultants, clients and authorities for site matters
.The role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge in building services and renovation works
.Monitor project progress, cost control and reporting
Requirements:
.Degree/Diploma in Building, Civil or Architectural
.Minimum 8 years of experience in building upgrading / A&A / refurbishment works
.Knowledge in Civil & Structural and architectural work
.Familiar with authorities compliance
.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
