Archi Design Engineer

. Assist the Design Manager in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

. Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

. Oversee and control design deliverables, including BIM models, technical documentation, contractual submissions, and cost-related design matters.

. Plan, manage, and monitor the progress and scheduling of architectural works.

. Manage drawing submission schedules in line with project timelines and construction progress.

. Review subcontractor's shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance progress.

. Support design-related problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.
