Job Description:
- Responsible for tasked BIM Modelling works and shopdrawings required by the projects and relevant submissions.
- Prepare Achi/C&S drawings & BIM modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works.
- Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
- Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Building Architecture: Develop detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM software (such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD Architecture).
- Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).
- Perform any other duties as and when required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture/M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
- Certificate in BIM modelling on operational level.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
