Job Description

. 6-10 years of IT project management experience.
. 3+ years working with GIS technologies (Esri ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Web GIS, layers, geodatabases).
. Experience with workflow/BPM tools (Appian, Nintex, Power Automate, Joget, or similar).
. Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2/SSO), and system integration concepts.
. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple ongoing workstreams.
. Excellent communication, planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
. Agile/Scrum or PMP certification preferred.
