This position is for our 1st store of Arc'teryx in Southeast Asia, located at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Your Opportunity at Arc'teryx:

As a Sales Associate, you represent the Arc'teryx brand on the retail floor. You provide exceptional service, share product knowledge with passion, and help create a welcoming, premium experience for every guest. You're an active team player who supports store operations and brings energy, professionalism, and a love for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the Arc'teryx brand.
  • Understand guest needs and provide clear, knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including fit and technical features.
  • Support store operations such as merchandising, stock handling, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with CRM activities like customer acquisition and retention.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and help resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Energetic, service-oriented, and confident in communication.
  • Passion for outdoor activities and interest in technical apparel.
  • Fast learner with a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
