Arborist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arborist to manage arboriculture projects and oversee site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tree assessments, supervising tree maintenance works, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tree inspections, health assessments, and tree risk evaluations.
• Prepare tree survey reports, assessment reports, and technical recommendations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage arboriculture-related projects from commencement to completion.
• Supervise site operations, contractors, and field personnel to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical arboricultural advice.
• Maintain accurate project records and submit progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree management.
• ISA Certified Arborist
• TRAQ Certificate is a plus
• Experience in project coordination and site supervision.
• Knowledge of tree biology, tree risk assessment, pruning practices, and tree preservation measures.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards relating to tree management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred.
