We are looking for dedicated and highly-motivated Arabic teachers to work full-time at our MOE Language Centre.

If you have a degree in Arabic language, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching, we welcome you to apply for this position. Applicants should also have the fitness and stamina to deliver lessons, and resilience required to engage students safely and carry out their duties effectively.

Requirements

. A relevant university degree.

. At least 3 years of relevant experience teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language to non-native speakers.

. Experience teaching in classroom settings at secondary level (13-16 year olds) preparing students for the GCE O-Level or equivalent will be an advantage.

. Familiar with setting assessment papers for essay writing, reading and comprehension, listening comprehension, oral and grammar.

. Up-to-date with current best practices, current teaching materials, and current instructional strategies (e.g., effective application of educational technology).

. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and an excellent team player who works well with students, colleagues and parents.

. Able to converse well in English
