Prepare monthly sales reports by regions, sectors & salesperson in charge also specific product sales reports as required
Prepare monthly inputs of sales report (Diva)
Issue non-trade debit notes/credit notes in monthly basis
Record new-built sales commission income and expenses accurately
Ensure all AR transactions are properly updated into ERP in monthly basis
Compile and submit the AR flux report to auditors on a quarterly basis
Assist HOA with month-end closing and prepare monthly AR ageing reports, audit schedules, accruals and other month-end reports where applicable
Prepare the updated statement of accounts to salesperson in charges prior deadline
Prepare SOA and update comments for statement of accounts for Sales Director to emphasize in monthly payment collection meetings
