Aquatic facilities MEP Engineer

Manageand monitor swimming pool project execution from start to completion
PrepareDesign and review swimming pool circulation, filtration, and water treatment systems.

Prepare hydraulic calculations, pump head calculations, and pipe sizing.

Develop and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health codes, and project specifications.

Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.

Oversee installation of pumps, filters, heat exchangers, dosing systems, UV systems, and related equipment.

Ensure proper installation of piping systems

Conduct testing and commissioning of filtration and circulation systems
Supervise subcontractors and installation teams.

Conduct inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Prepare method statements and risk assessments.

Submit progress reports and technical documentation.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections

Prepare detailed cost estimates for ad hoc works, Addition & Alteration (A&A) works

Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software

Any other assignments as directed by Management.
