The Role

We are looking for engineers who enjoy turning AI capabilities into real products.

You will work on applying LLMs and modern AI systems to real product problems across the platform, including:

• AI-powered recommendation systems
• Intelligent assistants and copilots
• AI search and knowledge systems
• AI-driven trading and financial insights

This is not a research role. It is about building real AI products that people use every day.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered product features using LLMs and modern ML techniques
• Design systems that bring AI into real product workflows
• Transform traditional product systems into AI-native systems
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Help shape how AI will be used across a global crypto platform

Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have built AI-powered products in production
• Have worked on recommendation systems, AI assistants, search, or ML-driven products
• Enjoy solving real product problems with AI
• Care about building systems that actually ship and scale

We care much more about what you've built than about specific titles or backgrounds.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background (Computer Science or equivalent experience)
• Experience building AI or machine learning systems in production
• Experience working with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Experience in internet-scale product engineering environments
• Fluent Mandarin required, as you will collaborate with engineering teams in China
