Applications Specialist, APAC

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions for APAC use cases to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AI adoption.
• Train team members on AI projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with IT and logistics teams to implement new digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges proactively.
• Support process automation projects to drive efficiency.
• Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
• Work with APAC stakeholders to complete AI charters for APAC use cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Able to manage both support and project execution effectively
• Service-oriented mindset with good stakeholder communication
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in providing digital solutions.
• Familiarity with working with AI tools.
• Experience supporting production analytics environments
