Applications Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, leading machine, process, and application troubleshooting while coordinating critical issues with regional stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and qualify customer trials, experiments, and joint development projects (JDPs), ensuring successful implementation and validation of solutions.
• Conduct scientific and process analyses, interpret findings, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing innovative ideas, monitoring technology and industry trends, and providing regional process and tool usage feedback to product teams.
• Develop technical documentation, application notes, and training materials, while delivering seminars and presentations to customers, sales teams, and service organizations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Engineering, Physics
• At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor industry
