Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the acquisition, design, and development of software systems across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of applications and recommend improvements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software/application development.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end application development projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
