Analyze and define functional and non-functional specifications.
Collaborate with business analysts to clarify business requirements.
Ensure traceability between functional specifications and business requirements.
Create technical design aligned with architecture and security requirements.
Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams during build, test and deployment.
Support production teams and document IT operational procedures.
Work with test managers on testing scope, defect clarification and test planning.
Minimum 6 years of experience in application development, testing and delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-paced project environments.
Experience delivering medium to large scale projects.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) application experience.
Hands-on experience with Fircosoft applications such as Continuity Screening and Watchlist Management (FUM, FMM, FML, FFC).
Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL
Java development
Windows / Unix scripting
Control-M or similar scheduling tools
DevOps tools and pipelines
MQ messaging technologies
Linux and Windows platforms
